MLM Friendly Autoresponders

Autoresponders are becoming a dime a dozen on the Internet. There are a few key things you need to look for to help you find the best autoresponder or combination to use to promote your MLM program.

There are a number of things you need to consider before choosing an autoresponder to use.

1) What is the companies SPAM policy if you receive a few spam complaints. Many people cry spam if they did not specifically ask for information from you. If the autoresponder company takes their word and shuts you down you lose your lists, any potential leads and the money you paid for that months service.

2) How many leads can you import each month and can you import ANY opt in leads to the autoresponder? More importantly how many leads can you import per day? Do your leads have to double opt in before receiving emails? Are there any restrictions on where you purchase those leads? Another major consideration at this point is what format do they want the leads to be in before you can upload them?

3) Reliability of the autoresponder for pre scheduled delivery of your messages. Many autoresponders will allow you to import bulk leads etc. but the management does not spend the time to update their servers and insure that the mail goes out as scheduled.

While it is a well known fact that one of the best systems is the Aweber system I use both Aweber and Royal Responder because they serve different purposes.

The Aweber service offers one of the highest email deliverability rates I have seen to date. If you write good messages and check them against a spam filter (built in with aweber) then the bulk of your mail we get to it's destination.

Royal Responder has a decent deliverability rate but it also gives you the ability of uploading opt in leads directly into the autoresponder WITHOUT requiring the lead to double opt in! This is a huge feature and perfect for those who may want to buy leads in bulk then get a message out to them fast.

I believe using both services together is a great way to grow your lists. Aweber Autoresponders are the weapon of choice and highly recommended for all of your marketing lists.

Royal Responder autoresponders are perfect for uploading leads and single opt in campaigns. You may want to consider starting with a smaller campaign or even their free version then upgrading as the need arises.
